The Megalock system features a base, cap, and vanity cop cover for a concealed connection. The included gaskets offer a watertight seal. The Megalock system is compatible with sheets up to 16mm and is available in 24’ lengths with a clear anodized finished.
The aluminum 6-35 system is our most advanced and heavy-duty profile system. The 6-35 system offers increased structural support and is ideal for applications requiring high wind and snow loads. The 6-35 is compatible with sheets up to 32mm (link to Thermogal page?) and is available in 24’ lengths with a clear anodized finished.
Aluminum U-Profiles are essential to helping keep dust, dirt, bugs, and other debris out of the flutes of your Polygal multiwall sheets. In addition, it is also highly recommended that our Aluminum U-Profiles be used in conjunction with our vent tape. Aluminum U-Profiles are compatible with 8mm, 10mm, 16mm, and 32mm Polygal sheets. They are available with a clear anodized finish and produced in 24’ lengths.
